Job Responsibilities:
RM Closure: Interiors Magic bricks is expanding its team and is currently seeking dynamic Relationship Managers for the Closure role within the Interior vertical. This is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your talents, acquire new skills, and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Build a robust sales funnel to achieve a lead-to-conversion ratio within 15 days. Identify prospects and, if necessary, conduct brand visits to establish strong connections.
Guide customers through Experience Center visits as required.
Demonstrate a strong sales mindset with a go-getter attitude.
Maintain detailed records of daily activities and consistently follow up with leads.
Possess experience in CRM tools such as Lead square, Salesforce, Order hive, and Roster.
Adopt a consultative approach with customers, prioritizing relationship-building over pushing products.
Showcase street-smart decision-making skills.
Excel in rapport-building with clients.
Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills .
