Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Looking for a resource who can handle dual role (Functional configuration + Advisory support to internal/external teams)
- Engage with client stakeholders to understand business processes and HR transformation goals.
- Lead and guide the configuration of SuccessFactors EC and Talent modules.
- Review and validate existing system designs and recommend improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal project teams and client-side functional teams.
- Support test planning, defect triaging, and cutover activities from a functional perspective.
- Conduct training sessions, review documentation, and ensure process alignment across member firms.
- Coordinate with integration and analytics teams to align data and reporting requirements.
Required Skills:
- Deep hands-on configuration and solutioning experience in any of the below modules (best along with EC):
Employee Central (EC)
Performance & Goals (PMGM)
Succession & Development
Recruiting Management (RCM) - Experience in advisory or leadership capacity in large/global SF deployments.
- Strong business process understanding in hire-to-retire lifecycle.
- Ability to assess, design, and validate scalable, compliant solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications:
- Mandatory: SuccessFactors EC certification
- Preferred: Certifications in PMGM, RCM, Succession
