Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Team Leader IT Infrastructure & Audit Support to lead our service desk operations, manage infrastructure-related issues, and support internal and external audits. This position requires a unique combination of technical leadership, infrastructure expertise, and audit awareness, making it critical to the seamless operation of IT services within an audit-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead a team of IT support professionals responsible for Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.
- Assign and prioritize tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure compliance with SLA targets.
2. IT Infrastructure & Service Desk
- Supervise ticket management systems and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues or escalate when necessary.
3. Audit Support & IT Audit Readiness
- Assist in IT audit processes by coordinating with internal audit teams and external auditors.
- Maintain documentation, logs, and evidence required for IT audit compliance Communication & Stakeholder Engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for audit team IT requirements and escalations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT operations align with business and compliance goals.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills in a technical environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, VPN, firewalls).
- Working knowledge of IT audit frameworks and providing support for the audit.
- Effective verbal and written communication; confident in engaging with stakeholders at all level
