Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and assist in payroll processing.
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Handle employee grievances and assist with conflict resolution.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Support in exit interviews and full & final settlements.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
