Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits.
• Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with different stakeholders within the organization to ensure that the defined objectives and goals of the organization are met.
• Coordinate with regional HR members in different countries and work closely with them on HR operations activities
• HR Analytics and Reporting: Preparation of MIS reports and present the same as and when needed
• Any other HR activities assigned from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have at least 5 years in the HR domain and around 2 years in IT industry
• Should have worked on complex HR reports using HR Analytics
• Excellent communication and articulations skills and must have an analytical bent of mind
• Must be aware of industry best practices
• Should be willing to work from Gurgaon office at Udyog Vihar for 5 days a week
