Hiring for Freshers and female candiates Only with good communciation can walkin to our office


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research and build a database of hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare institutions that can benefit from ManageMyHealths digitization services.
  • Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with key contacts such as hospital administrators, CIOs, and medical records managers.
  • Explain the benefits of converting physical medical records to secure, searchable digital formats through ManageMyHealth highlighting faster access, regulatory compliance, and cost savings.
  • Qualify leads through structured conversations, understanding decision-making timelines, budgets, and pain points.
  • Schedule virtual demos or coordinate meetings with senior sales or solution experts for detailed presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, and follow-ups in ManageMyHealths CRM system.
  • Work closely with the marketing team for targeted campaigns and collaborate with the field sales team to smoothly hand overqualified opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably IT, or Healthcare).
  • Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 12 years of experience in IT sales, inside sales, lead generation, or B2B sales will be given preference.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages as applicable.
  • Ability to engage senior hospital staff confidently over phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Initiative-taking with good research and follow-up skills
