Suspension Parts Design (Strut/Damper, Spring, Stabilizer Bar assembly, Strut Modular Parts & Bushings)
Parts design and development for E-Active Body Control [GLE/GLS & S-Class]
Suspension Kinematics & Compliances Estimation, through the iteration of Suspension Hard points
Overall, Axle Packaging and Design solution
Expert in concept Design of Sheet metal and Casting brackets
Supplier Interaction & Supplier Development Activities, along with PPAP Approvals and Audits
Master Diploma in Mechanical CAD
Pro efficient in UG Nx (Design & Kinematics)
Able to work in MSc ADAMS for Multibody Simulation
Involved in Assembly Plant Fitment Trails, Field Quality Issues and taken Countermeasures

Solid works (Optional)
