Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer with expertise in React and Node to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge web applications using React, Node and experience in Strapi. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality code. Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role. Strong proficiency in React and Node.js. Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with modern front-end development tools and libraries (e.g., Redux, Webpack, Babel). Familiarity with back-end development concepts and technologies (e.g., RESTful APIs, databases, server-side frameworks). Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and version control.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of web applications using React and Node.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
- Architect scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in React and Node.js.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with modern front-end tools (e.g., Redux, Webpack).

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years experience.
