Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

Required skills: Email Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to generate leads and improve customer engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times, and designs to improve open rates and CTR.
- Manage bulk/mass mailing campaigns while ensuring proper segmentation and targeting.
- Utilize email marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, or similar).
- Build, manage, and maintain subscriber lists while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate, conversions) and prepare reports with insights.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to craft compelling email content.
- Implement automation workflows (drip campaigns, nurture campaigns, re-engagement campaigns).
- Ensure deliverability best practices, avoiding spam filters and maintaining domain reputation.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).
- Proven expertise in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience in bulk/mass mailing campaigns.
- Knowledge of email deliverability, segmentation, and automation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Good to Have:
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization.
- Experience in SaaS or IT industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
