Solution Specialist Executive is responsible for conducting product demos remotely to potential customers. The goal is to showcase the value of the product or service, understand the customers needs, and guide them through the sales process toward making a purchase decision.Key Responsibilities:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Capable enough to understand QuickMove platform
Ability to build relationships with clients
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections
Knowledge of CRM and sales tools
Communication - Excellent in English & Hindi
Qualification - Graduation, Basic Knowledge in ( IT) about programming languages, Databases, Web Applications, AI,CRM, ERP, Accounting Software, HR, Payroll, etc.
Attitude - Very Good Attitude
Capable enough to take serious responsibilities and meet targets
Able to make cold call , Sales Pitch, Good in drafting the mail, Scheduling Demo
