Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Managing home loan sales and developing sales strategies
- Collaborate with builders/ channel partners and empanel them with Magicbricks
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, brokers, and banks throughout the loan application process.
- Processing loan applications, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Accurately log files into the appropriate Banks/NBFC
- Persuade banks to provide the desired funding by presenting compelling loan proposals
- Analyze loan application documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Act as a bridge between customers, brokers, and banks, addressing any queries or concerns that may arise.
- Recommending other products to customers, such as PL, BT AND OD.
- Working to meet sales targets and ensuring timely renewal of business.
- End to end follow-up until payouts and disbursements
- Hiring and maintaining the team
- Maintaining P&L for the location given
Preferred candidate profile
Mandatory Home Loan sales experience and Team Handling
Experience in DSA Aggregation
