Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in defining and delivering solutions for web, mobile, and software projects. The ideal candidate has a strong tech industry background, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
- Analysis: Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Solution Design: Work with developers to design effective solutions.
- Project Management: Assist in planning, tracking, and managing project timelines and deliverables.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions meet business requirements and standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation for requirements, processes, and solutions.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in requirement gathering and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience with project management tools
- Technical understanding of web and mobile development processes
- Experience with wireframing tools, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
Experience: 3+ years in business analysis, preferably in web, mobile, or software development.
