ServiceNow ITSM Developer - 3+ Years - Remote @ Saasvaap Techies

Job Description

Responsible for analyzing and reviewing detailed business and technical requirements, and developing technical solutions using the ServiceNow platformprimarily focused on ITSM modules. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, configure, and integrate ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Portal, Flow Designer, and CSDM. Capture requirements from stakeholders/SMEs through workshops and demonstrations. Coordinate development of user stories, configurations, and ensure on-time delivery. Create custom app/software solutions via scripting and development.

Manage business-as-usual (BAU) tasks. Lead value-based workshops to maximize ServiceNow adoption and impact. Profile: 35 years of ServiceNow ITSM and custom app development. Experience in ITSM, Scoped Application design, Workflow/Flow Designer, Integration Hub, B2B integrations. Strong understanding of REST, WSDL, JSON, and integration with third-party systems/data sources. Hands-on in managing application code, UI, and integration components. Skilled with Tables, CMDB, Import and Update Sets management.

Creating workflows, approvals, service catalog, portal pages, widgets, UI Macros. Proficient in configuring UI Actions, UI Policy, ACL, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Inbound Actions, Macros, CSS-based UX/UI and Angular, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JSON. Configures Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards. Desired Credentials: ServiceNow CIS-ITSM, CSA, CAD, or similar certifications (any two). NOW Platform Development (must). ITIL v4 (optional).
