Deep technical knowledge, hands-on experience in development and configuration, and strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Responsible for end-to-end technical delivery, including designing, developing, configuring, and supporting various modules within the ServiceNow platform. This includes ITSM, ITOM, scripting, integration development, and administration tasks to ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of the platform.
