Role Overview

In this role, you ll handle server management, network security, troubleshooting, and IT support while working closely with internal teams to enhance system performance and security. Your expertise in Windows/Linux environments, cloud platforms, and IT security protocols will be crucial in maintaining a stable and efficient IT ecosystem.

Responsibilities
System & Server Management Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud environments.
Network & Security Management Monitor and secure networks, configure firewalls, and ensure data protection through backups and access controls.
IT Support & Troubleshooting Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues , resolving them efficiently.
User Management & Access Control Manage user accounts, permissions, and authentication to ensure system security.
Software & Patch Management Install and update software, perform system upgrades , and apply security patches.
Disaster Recovery & Backup Solutions Implement and maintain data backup and recovery plans to prevent data loss.
Process Optimization & Automation Identify areas for IT workflow improvement and automate repetitive tasks for efficiency.
Education & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .
Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, RHCE, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator are a plus.
Relevant experience in system administration, network management, or IT support.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Expertise in firewalls, VPNs, security protocols, and IT compliance .
Experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and system monitoring tools.
