Job Title: Hardware & IT Support Executive

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
Experience: 1+ Years
Qualification: Graduate (Any stream) BCA/MCA/B.Tech candidates are NOT eligible

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Hardware & IT Support Executive with practical hands-on skills in system hardware, operating systems, and networking. The role is best suited for a simple graduate with IT administration experience, not for engineering/technical degree holders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Desktop assembling, Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows & Linux operating systems.
• Handle system reboots, formatting, upgrades, and software installations.
  
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and Router issues.
  
• Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
  
• Ensure smooth IT operations through timely maintenance and troubleshooting.
  

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream) with 1+ year of IT administration / hardware support experience.
  
• Strong practical knowledge of hardware troubleshooting & OS installation (Windows/Linux).
  
• Good understanding of Wi-Fi, LAN, and Router setups.
  
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
