1)Our Client was established in 1983. The company caters to the FMCG industry verticals ranging from dairy to liquor, food products, agro chemicals, pharma, home care and personal care. It has seven manufacturing plants located inBaddi,Pantnagar,Guwahati,NoidaandKarnataka. The estimated revenue is Rs. 7,800 million.
In 2018,Advent Internationalacquired 40% stake of the company.
2) Company is owned by KEDIA Family who are the Founders & Promoters of mother company
3) Company is into Medical Devices, Equipments and Services etc.
4) They are NowPlanning to TakeOver a Medical Device Factory in and around Kolkata.
This Profile is for thatpurpose.
Title : General Manager - Administration, Finance & Accounting
Salary : Rs.20-26 lakhs p.a.
Location : Kolkata
Experience : 12-15 years
Responsibilities
1)Designation will be General Manager - Administration, Finance & Accounting
2)Needs to be between 40-50 years with at least 12-15 years of experience
3)Needs to have worked in Kolkata with fluency in Bengali, Hindi and English with an administrative experience as well as financial qualification with B.Com, M.Com or Chartered Accountancy
4)Mandatory to have worked in a manufacturing organization and it would be a bonus if they are associated with medical device.
5)Should have strong analytical skills of accounting data and MIS preparations.
6)Strong interpersonal skills and man management required to manage the integration process.
7)Will be based in Kolkata in factory overseeing the responsibilities from there.
