Job Description

Role Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Gaming System Operator/ Advisor to oversee the day-to-day management of PS5 and Xbox gaming stations across 8 floors (2 stations per floor). This role ensures all systems are ready, requests are managed smoothly, and users have an uninterrupted gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage 16 gaming stations (PS5/Xbox) across 8 floors.
• Conduct system checks and testing on a monthly or bi-monthly basis to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain all gaming consoles in ready-to-play condition perform updates, cleanups, and fix minor issues.
• Manage and safeguard gaming discs and digital licenses.
• Review and process employee gaming requests submitted via internal portal.
• Allocate game time slots with strict monitoring of the 12 hour play limit per session.
• Send timely intimations/approvals to employees about their scheduled gaming slots.
• Maintain and update Excel trackers for user logs, console performance, issues, and request history.
• Ensure zero interruptions during playtime and escalate any tech issues to IT as needed.

What Were Looking For:

• Familiarity with PlayStation 5 and Xbox consoles setup, usage, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
• Tech-savvy, process-driven, and comfortable with coordination across multiple floors.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail in maintaining logs and schedules.
• Responsible, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
• Prior experience in gaming lounges, tech helpdesks, or facility operations is a plus.
