Job Description: Product Manager
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in fintech or enterprise platforms to drive product strategy, requirements gathering, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
Functional Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in a Product Manager role, preferably within fintech, lending, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to break down complex workflows into clear requirements.
- Proficient in documenting user stories, workflows, edge cases, and business rules in a structured and testable format.
- Ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data to support prioritization and solutioning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, and compliance.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining clean documentation.
- Comfortable working across global time zones, with flexibility for early morning or late evening meetings as required.
Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Skilled in documenting user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Experience with enterprise platforms; fintech or lending industry exposure preferred.
- Good understanding of data structures, API behavior, and systems integration (preferred).
- Familiarity with loan origination, commercial lending, or regulatory workflows (e.g., Reg B) is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with nCino or Salesforce FSC is mandatory.
