We specialize in mortgage due diligence, pre-fund and post-close quality control, mortgage servicing reviews and loan brokering services. We are vetted by all 5 major rating agencies and hold 3rd position in due diligence market share for RMBS securitization. Our clients are financial entities including investment banks, commercial banks, mortgage companies, government agencies and mortgage insurers

Job Shift Night Shift (7 Pm to 5 Am) 5 Days Working


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Retention:
    • Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups
    • Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Service Delivery Oversight:
    • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, quality) to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services
    • Monitor client KPIs, SLAs, and satisfaction metrics
    • Resolve issues or escalations in a timely and effective manner
  • Account Growth:
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
    • Conduct regular business reviews and suggest strategic initiatives
    • Support in contract renewals, extensions, and expansion opportunities
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and updates
    • Generate weekly/monthly reports on client health and engagement
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align on client goals
    • Participate in onboarding new clients and supporting transitions from sales to operations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any stream
  • Preferably, minimum 1 year of experience in client-facing roles (In BPO/KPO, Title services, or Logistics industry) OR at least 2 years in US voice process
  • Strong communication (Spoken and written), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and deliver under pressure

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience handling US-based clients
  • Familiarity with title/mortgage or logistics processes is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to present data-driven insights
