Job Description
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various client and internal systems.
- Perform detailed analysis on client transaction data, engagement metrics, and operational KPIs.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improving client service delivery.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly client performance reports.
- Translate complex datasets into easy-to-understand visual stories for clients.
3. Client Servicing Communication
- Work closely with client servicing teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Present insights and findings directly to clients in review meetings.
- Proactively recommend solutions or process improvements based on data findings.
- Collaborate with tech, operations, and product teams to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
- Partner with business teams to define KPIs and measure campaign or product success.
- Support new client onboarding with baseline data reports and trend analysis.
- Ensure all data handling follows company and regulatory compliance requirements (GDPR, data privacy standards).
- Regularly audit data quality and integrity.
Educational Qualification Skills Required
- Bachelor s degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. With 3 to 5 years of work experience.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Experience in interpreting data for client-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical insights to non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, food-tech, or service-based industries.
- Familiarity with APIs, CRM tools, and automated reporting workflows.
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
