Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lease Registration

1) Coordinating with Acquisition vendors and Panel Advocate.

Efficient Handling of Litigation

'1) Compilation of relevant data and materials.

2) Diligent follow up of cases till disposal.

Clear Title for Site Acquisition

'1) Coordination with Panel Advocate for DDR,

2) Thorough Checking of Property papers and other documents before clearance of File for Lease Agreement.

Municipal Clearance

'1) Supporting the acquisition & Deployment function in applying for Municipal Clearance for building New Sites.

Vendor Compliance
DMS Updating

Preferred candidate profile

LLB. Preferably Real Estate or Infrastructure Industry but not IT and LPO.

Candidates from National Law Colleges will be given preferrence

Must know Bengali .
