Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Tele caller to join our ISP (Internet Service Provider) team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound calls to promote internet plans & services.

Explain pricing, features, and offers clearly to customers.

Handle queries, complaints, and provide resolutions.

Follow up on leads & convert them into sales.

Maintain accurate customer data & call records.

Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales (ISP/Telecom preferred).

Fluency in English (Additional regional languages are a plus).

Strong persuasion, negotiation & interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of broadband & internet services.

Ability to meet sales targets & handle pressure.

Immediate joiners preferred.
