Job Profile:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant with 3 5 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, travel, meetings, and documentation, while also supporting sales and marketing activities through research, presentation preparation, record management, and business development support. Strong MS Office proficiency and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
What we are looking for in you
Provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting management.
Act as the first point of contact for meetings, communications, and documentation requirements.
Assist in contract drafting, review, and documentation management, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
Manage day-to-day business correspondence, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal and external peers to ensure the smooth execution of tasks.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and client information.
Support planning and execution of company events, conferences, and workshops.
MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing (preferred) or equivalent.
Bachelor s degree in English, Business Administration, or related fields.
3 5 years of experience as a PA/Executive Assistant/Administrative Professional.
Exposure to sales and marketing coordination will be an added advantage.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital communication tools.
Support sales and marketing activities by researching market trends, opportunities, and prospect companies.
Prepare presentations, maintain customer records, and follow up on prospects and pipeline.
