Job Description
- You will be joining SISYA CLASS as a Master Teacher specializing in Robotics and Coding for grades 1-10. SISYA CLASS is committed to providing high-quality education to students in tier 2 and tier 3 cities across India, aiming to overcome the educational barriers faced by these students. As a Master Teacher, your role will involve conducting live online classes, developing engaging curriculum content, mentoring fellow educators, and creating a positive virtual learning environment to enhance student academic growth. Your key responsibilities will include delivering interactive online classes in Robotics and Coding, designing curriculum content, engaging parents through regular meetings, fostering a motivating classroom atmosphere, and collaborating with other educators to share best practices and improve teaching strategies. Your expertise in Robotics and Coding, virtual classroom skills, strong communication abilities, and excellent time management will be essential for this role. This full-time, permanent position is based in Visakhapatnam and requires 9 hours of work per day, 6 days a week. The compensation offered is competitive and based on your experience and qualifications, with a salary range of INR 4-10 LPA.
