- As a skilled Python Automation Testing Engineer, you will play a vital role in our dynamic team by developing and executing automated test scripts to maintain the quality and functionality of our software products. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and define test strategies aligned with our quality objectives. In our agile development environment, you will enhance our automation framework, streamline testing processes, and ensure that all products meet performance benchmarks. Your expertise in automation frameworks will be key in early issue identification, facilitating the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Additionally, you will analyze test results, document defects, and work with the development team to efficiently resolve issues. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python. - Design and implement test plans and test cases based on software requirements. - Execute automated and manual tests, and document results accurately. - Identify, report, and track defects using appropriate tools. - Collaborate with developers and product managers to enhance test coverage. - Conduct regression testing for new releases and updates. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in software testing and automation, with a focus on Python. - Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Selenium, Pytest, or similar. - Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.,
