Job Description
- As part of the Digital Gaming QA team, you will be responsible for testing platform updates across iGaming products. You will work closely with developers, testers, and tech leads to ensure that every release meets high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing test cases based on update requirements, automating test cases to support future iterations and improve testing efficiency, ensuring full test coverage using advanced test techniques, conducting risk-based testing, troubleshooting and debugging issues, providing detailed insights to the development team, mentoring junior QA team members, collaborating with global teams, participating in release management activities, proactively suggesting improvements in tools, processes, and testing strategies, maintaining documentation in tools like TestRail and Jira, delivering high-quality testing assets on time, staying focused on defined scope, and contributing to team success. Additionally, you will take a methodical approach to planning and executing test efforts and stay current with QA trends to apply innovative practices in day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in manual black-box testing, a strong understanding of Agile development cycles and delivery practices, proven experience with client-server architecture, test strategy creation, and release management, familiarity with tools such as TestRail, GitLab, Jira, Charles Proxy, Postman, and Sauce Labs, hands-on experience with cross-platform testing, exposure to JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML5, strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, self-organization, goal-driven mindset, ability to work autonomously, experience in gaming or familiarity with slot mechanics, a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, exposure to automation frameworks and BDD, understanding of Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket workflows, experience in mentoring and coaching team members, proactive mindset, ability to influence, prioritize, and drive change, and passion for continuous improvement, learning, and development.
