As a Process Associate in Retail Banking, your main responsibility will be to process customer requests following set procedures with high accuracy and within defined timelines. Your tasks will include updating customer demographics in the bank system, policy setup, document generation, customer contact information search, reconciliation of internal bank General Ledger Accounts, posting check details, and coordinating with bank vendors to gather information and respond to customer inquiries. Qualifications we are looking for in you include a minimum of Any Graduate qualification. Preferred skills entail proficiency in English language (reading, writing, speaking), high attention to detail and accuracy, delivering high-quality output, adaptability to a changing environment, and knowledge of banking terminology would be advantageous. This is a full-time position based in India-Noida, requiring a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
