We are currently looking for a Lead Consultant specializing in Power Platforms Application Engineering to join our team. As a Lead Consultant, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing Power platform applications for various projects within Genpact. Your responsibilities will include developing applications using Microsoft Power Platforms, customizing and extending Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions, integrating applications with other Microsoft services and third-party systems, and utilizing Microsoft Power Virtual Agent (Copilot Studio) to create intelligent chatbots and virtual agents. Collaboration with team members and cross-functional teams will also be essential to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop applications using Microsoft Power Platforms to address business needs. - Customize and extend Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions. - Integrate applications with other Microsoft services and third-party systems. - Utilize Microsoft Power Virtual Agent (Copilot Studio) to create intelligent chatbots and virtual agents. - Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to design and develop applications and custom software tailored to specific business needs. - Apply full stack development skills to design, develop, and optimize applications and custom software. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, and Google Cloud Platform, is a plus. - Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Hive, or Presto, is a plus. - Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, is a plus.
