We are currently looking for a Consultant Workday Analyst to join our team. As a passionate and skilled Python Developer, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to kick-start their career in software development with a focus on Python. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and develop scalable Python applications. - Write clean and maintainable code following software development best practices. - Develop unit tests and conduct automated testing to ensure code reliability. - Participate in code reviews to give and receive constructive feedback on code changes. - Assist in troubleshooting issues, debugging code, and providing timely resolutions. - Learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages as required by projects. - Document development processes, code changes, and technical information for reference and knowledge sharing. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Solid understanding of Python programming fundamentals and object-oriented design principles. - Familiarity with web frameworks such as Django or Flask is a plus. - Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to collective goals. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior internship or project experience involving Python development. - Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies. - Exposure to database systems (SQL or NoSQL) and ORM libraries.
