Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution for B2B campaigns
Build segmented and personalized campaigns to nurture leads across different stages of the funnel
Leverage data to continuously optimize email performanceopen rates, CTRs,
conversions
Conduct A/B tests and analyze campaign performance to drive actionable insights
Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment
Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
Ensure database hygiene, compliance, and deliverability best practices
Report on key metrics with clear, data-backed insights and recommendations
What We Are Looking For
2 to 3 years of experience in B2B email marketing or lifecycle marketing
Strong command of email tools, CRM systems, and automation workflows
Excellent analytical skills and comfort with performance data
Solid understanding of lead nurturing and B2B sales cycles
Strong communication and copywriting skills for B2B audience
