Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated .NET Manager Full Stack Development to lead a team of developers in designing and building scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, strong leadership qualities, and a passion for building robust and secure applications.
As a .NET Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development process, ensuring code quality, performance, and timely delivery while mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.
- Design and implement technical solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
- Drive the development of front-end and back-end code based on UI mockups, technical requirements, and success criteria.
- Oversee and contribute to the development and optimization of SQL queries and overall database performance.
- Guide the team in developing and managing secure, well-functioning databases and applications.
- Ensure high-quality code by building and reviewing effective REST APIs, unit tests, and functional tests.
- Conduct regular code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, design, and architecture.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software systems while ensuring performance and security.
- Promote mobile-responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.
- Ensure timely documentation of systems, processes, and architecture.
- Maintain a strong focus on agile methodologies and continuous improvement within the development lifecycle.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, particularly on Microsoft Azure.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a transition into leadership or managerial roles.
- Strong expertise in .NET technologies, including .NET Core 2+ and REST API development.
- Hands-on experience with Angular (8+ preferred) for modern front-end development.
- Proficiency in relational databases with solid experience in performance tuning and complex query optimization.
- Solid understanding of front-end languages and frameworks like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
- Ability to evaluate, adopt, and guide the use of appropriate design patterns and development frameworks.
- Experience managing cloud-based deployments and services on Azure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
- Agile mindset with a strong focus on iterative delivery, quality, and feedback loops.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
