Job Description
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house Brand Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio across digital and print media, an eye for clean and impactful design, and a solid understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual communication. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Treebo across various touchpoints.

Conceptualize and execute compelling visual assets for campaigns, product launches, social media, websites, emails, presentations, and print materials.

Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, HR, etc.) to understand business goals and translate them into high-quality visuals.

Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction when needed.

Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate design quality.

Work with external agencies, photographers, and vendors when required for large-scale campaigns or branding exercises.

Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a high-growth consumer brand or agency environment.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design work across multiple formats.

Ability to interpret brand guidelines and create designs that reflect Treebos tone and personality.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Motion graphics and video editing skills are a plus.

A team player with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to receive and act on feedback.
