Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to gather, document, and analyze stakeholder requirements, objectives, and KPIs.
Maintaining and updating team dashboards, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data.
Support data collection, cleaning, and validation efforts to ensure accurate and reliable performance data.
Assist in generating insightful reports and dashboards that highlight key performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
Help identify opportunities for process enhancement and optimization of the workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, data analytics, and IT, to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
Participate in testing and other experiments to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics.
Experience and skill requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex data and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Power BI), and basic statistical analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
