Test Lead @ Lionbridge

Desired Candidate Profile

Participate in test design activities and execute test cases for the application / module areas assigned

Assist in preparing and designing Test Release plans with client and its service providers

Perform functional, regression & sanity testing as deemed for the application under test

To assist customer in test effort estimation and test planning

Authenticate and qualify offshore Test deliveries to the Customer

Reviewing and analysing technical challenges faced by the offshore teams while they are working on deliverables.

Active participation in daily scrum meetings to regularly update the customer on task/ project progress

Provide day- to- day test coordination with Customer

Work with business users in defining User Acceptance Test criteria.

Facilitation of user acceptance testing and deployments of build in UAT & Production environments

Work with QA team in defining, identifying and prioritising the regression scenarios for regression automation

Work with offshore team to implement automation framework

Train the customer s QA team members in automation framework & script execution

Work with customer s stakeholders in identifying the Performance requirements for New/ Existing applications

Work with business users in defining the Usage model for performance testing

Collate concerns raised by the customer and ensure any necessary escalation to the appropriate individual/ team is undertaken in a timely fashion

Collect and provide management with relevant metrics based on data collected.

Prepare various Test Delivery Metrics for various program stakeholders for various releases.

Study and recommend best testing practices and methodologies and advocate for continual improvement

Any other project and role related activities as deemed appropriate

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E.

PG:  Post Graduation Not Required
