Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Receiving Patients Demography, Charge sheet, Payment Posting files, Cheques via scan from US or through lockbox (Banks site)
Key in the data received into the specific Client system (software
Performs assigned tasks/ completes targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs
Work cohesively in a team setting. Assist team members to achieve shared goals
Compliance with Medusinds Information Security Policy, client/project guidelines, business rules and training provided, companys quality system and policie
Communication / Issue escalation to seniors if there is any in a timely manner
Keep self-up to date on latest developments in the domain with respect to products and services offered in medical field

Preferred candidate profile - -

Any Graduate with relevant experience in Payment posting
Immediate joiner or max 15 days' Notice period candidate can apply
Shift timing 8 AM to 5 PM & 8 PM to 5 AM
Job location - Andheri east Midc
