Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for new and existing features manually and using automation scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Work closely with developers and product managers to understand their requirements and ensure the quality of the product.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools JIRA.
- Contribute to test planning, test design, and test execution activities, and assist in creating and maintaining test data sets for various testing scenarios.
- Proactively learn and apply performance testing concepts and assist in performance testing using the tools LoadRunner.
- Exposure to writing and maintaining automated test scripts using Java-based frameworks in Selenium.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 23 years of experience in software testing manual.
- Experience with manual testing and test case creation
- Good to have automation tools like Selenium WebDriver.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like TestNG or JUnit.
- Experience in web services and API testing.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive and eager to learn new technologies and concepts, especially in performance testing
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium).
- Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g. LoadRunner).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Gitlab.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Willingness to learn and grow in performance testing and other QA domains.
- Knowledge of web services and API testing.
Total Experience Expected: 02-04 years
