Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Sales and Support Executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an international US voice process, specifically in sales outreach or customer support, with a fluent US accent and proven cold calling or outbound calling expertise. The primary responsibility for this role is to initiate cold calls and schedule product demos with US-based prospects. Strong written communication, CRM experience, and proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential to manage outreach, documentation, and reporting.
