Job Description: Technical/Delivery Lead Telecom Domain

Work Location: Bangalore

Work Experience : 10-20years

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field
• Prior consulting experience in an agile environment with a leading strategy firm, consulting practice, or consulting technology firm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Highly collaborative, team-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead project working groups and possesses strong facilitation and data gathering skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical personnel
• 10+ years professional experience
• 3+ years experience as a technical lead or technical project manager with a Telecom service provider leading the teams
• Experience with at-least one full Lifecycle Telecom BSS Systems implementation
• Hands on experience in the development and implementation of CRM, CPQ or Order Management solutions in Telecom and technologies like Java/ Java J2EE, Microservices, APIs etc.
• Proven ability to present and communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
• Demonstrated experience establishing and delivering complex projects
• Good understanding of SDLCs including Waterfall and Agile/SCRUM
• Experience with a leading strategy firm, Big 4 consulting practice, consulting arms of main technology firms including expertise in enterprise architecture as well as business solutions deployment.
• Past experience managing offshore resources and strong ability to do so
• Past success in generating new business with existing clients
• Good time management skills
• Open to travel
