What you will do
As an Application Support Analyst, you will:
Manage and resolve customer support tickets using a ticketing system
Monitor and meet SLAs and team goals
Investigate, analyse, and resolve issues raised by customers
Read, understand, and occasionally amend code to support issue resolution
Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and guidance
Document technical specifications and support-related information
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
Collaborate with a distributed team across locations
Report to the team lead and management when required

Minimum Qualifications
Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
We re looking for someone who can bring a strong foundation in application support, with the ability to investigate issues, communicate effectively, and contribute to team success. You should be able to demonstrate:
Essential experience and skills:
Experience working in an application or technical support role
Ability to analyse, investigate, and resolve customer issues
Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences
A good understanding of web-based or desktop client-server architectures
Solid technical grounding with the ability to read and interpret code
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time and priorities
A collaborative approach and comfortable working in distributed or hybrid teams
A degree in a technology or computer science discipline
Desirable skills and technologies:
