We are looking for a performance-driven Email and WhatsApp Marketing Executive who can drive repeat transactions by designing and executing effective customer nurturing campaigns. The role involves managing domain reputation, ensuring high inbox delivery rates, and minimizing unsubscribes. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign planning, customer segmentation, tracking performance through tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, or Netcore, and optimizing communication based on data insights. A strong grasp of analytics, attention to detail, and the ability to leverage current trends for moment marketing are key. Proven results in driving business growth through email and WhatsApp marketing are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving repeat transactions
• Designing and executing nurturing campaigns for loyal customers.
• Able to maintain good domain reputation and ensure good inbox delivery rate and low unsubscribe rate
• Should be good with analytics and tracking data granularly
• Identify target audience and grow email lists
• Define multiple customer journeys for various categories and customer segments
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and its compliance to briefs
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
• Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
• Create and secure email databases
• Customer segmentation based on behaviour and demographics
• Should be able to plan ahead and optimise campaign communication on the fly based on regular analysis
• Good research on current Trends and moment marketing opportunities
