Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an AI Engineer with proven experience and expertise in handling Projects, Clients and Team with a great level of ease and inspiring confidence. Youll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude, dedication and willingness to work hard. The position will include a lot of interaction with foreign clients and diverse cross functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to address business challenges.
- Build and manage scalable AI pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and implement solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to optimize model performance.
- Develop APIs and integrate AI models into applications and services.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in AI and machine learning.
- Monitor and maintain AI models, ensuring their accuracy and performance over time.
- Create documentation for AI models, algorithms, and deployment processes.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance in all projects.
- Stay updated on the latest AI/ML advancements and share insights with the team.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred) or equalent experience.
- 4+ years experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java, with expertise in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI models.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and AI systems.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Matplotlib.
- Proficiency in working with large datasets, SQL, and data preprocessing techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision techniques is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
