Job Description

Drive sales of home loan products through direct channels, builder tie-ups, and referral networks.
Generate leads, identify prospects, and convert them into successful loan closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and customers.
Achieve assigned business targets for login, sanction, and disbursement.
Manage and mentor a team of sales executives/relationship managers (if applicable).
Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation, and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor competition and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain healthy portfolio quality and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.
