4) Spearhead analysis and reporting of historic and current marketing campaigns.
5) Understand and integrate diverse data sources into coherent views to provide customer-centric analyses and enable data-driven marketing program design.6) Ensure the highest quality customer and market information is used in creating marketing demand programs.7) Demonstrate deep understanding of campaign process and assists/manages team with campaign planning requirements, tracking data quality.

9) Advice required levels of Database resources as business requirements and changes.
10) Understands, promotes and utilizes predictive modeling in execution efforts, and tests results to drive continuous improvement.
