Job Description

We have an requirement for TL for international voice & chat

Role: Team Lead International Voice Exp : 5 + Yrs

Location : Ambit IT park, Ambattur

Shifts : Night shifts

Notice : 15 days or immediate.

# Graduation is mandate # Need excellent communication in English

# Should have handled a team of 10 to 15+ people

# Must be aware of shrinkage, attrition, AHT, NPS, CSAT # Must have fair understanding of presenting MBR, QBR and WBR # Must be from BPO industry

Note:

SME or acting TL is also acceptable.
