2. Job Summary:
We are looking to onboard a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience in bid management or proposal coordination. The selected candidate will support the Bid Team in managing end-to-end proposal development for ongoing and upcoming opportunities across government and enterprise sectors. This role is critical to ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality bid submissions.
3. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the full bid/proposal development process, including RFP/RFQ/RFI analysis, compliance mapping, and timeline adherence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal, operations) and external partners to gather accurate and timely inputs.
- Draft, structure, and format bid content in line with client requirements and company branding.
- Maintain bid trackers, CRM, submission calendars, and manage post-submission clarifications and updates till the opportunity complete lifecycle.
- Assist in the preparation of capability statements, pre-qualification documents, and client-specific presentations.
- Monitor government and enterprise tender portals and support Go/No-Go assessments.
4. Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in bid/proposal management in IT domains.
- Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ structures, bidding procedures, and proposal compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with bid automation or document management tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a team environment.
