Legal - Internship @ Envecon It Systems

Job Description

ole & responsibilities :-

We are seeking a proactive Legal Intern to assist our legal department with corporate, IT, and technology related legal matters. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical exposure in areas such as contract management, data privacy, and regulatory compliance within the IT industry .

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing IT and software-related contracts and agreements
• Conduct legal research on corporate laws, IT regulations, data protection, and compliance requirements
• Support the legal team with regulatory filings and internal compliance processe
• Help prepare legal documents, memos, and presentations related to corporate governance
• Assist in monitoring updates in IT laws and industry regulations
• Organize and maintain legal records and files .

Preferred candidate profile

• Completed a degree in Law (LLB/LLM or equivalent)
• Interest or background in IT, technology law, or corporate law is a plus
• Strong analytical and research skills Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases
