Job Description
3+ years proven Strong experience with Oracle BI Publisher for report design, template creation, and custom reporting solutions with a focus on Onboarding reporting.
Expertise in SQL for developing complex queries to extract and manipulate onboarding data.
Experience with HCM Extracts and integration to extract and deliver onboarding data.
Solid understanding of Onboarding processes, such as task management, new hire workflow, compliance tracking, and training assignments.
Experience with Pod alignment in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly for onboarding data and processes.
Ability to collaborate with onboarding teams, HR stakeholders, and business analysts to define and deliver reporting requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher, specifically for Onboarding processes such as new hire reports, task completions, compliance checks, training assignments, etc.
Develop and manage data models to support onboarding reporting needs, ensuring the accurate extraction and presentation of data.
Create and manage custom report templates using Oracle BI Publisher, ensuring reports are formatted to meet specific business and onboarding requirements.
Develop, test, and deploy HCM Extracts to extract onboarding data from Oracle HCM Cloud to downstream systems, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
Write complex SQL queries to support onboarding data extraction, reporting, and custom extract development.
strong knowledge of Onboarding processes, including task management, new hire forms, training schedules, compliance tracking, and document management to ensure reports meet organizational requirements.
Align data structures and configurations related to Pod alignment in Oracle HCM Cloud''s onboarding module to support effective data integration and reporting.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for report designs, data models, templates, and HCM Extracts, ensuring adherence to development best practices.
