Job Description

Job Title: Circle New Build - Deployment Associate

Department: New Build/ Deployment

Location: Nagaland, Mizoram, Dibrugarh

Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing network deployment activities including site surveys, equipment installation, and commissioning.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and field teams to ensure timely delivery and setup of telecom hardware.
Monitor deployment progress and update project tracking tools with real-time status reports.
Conduct quality checks and ensure installations meet technical specifications and safety standards.
Troubleshoot on-site issues and escalate unresolved problems to senior engineers or project managers.
Maintain accurate documentation including site readiness reports, installation checklists, and compliance records.
Support network optimization efforts post-deployment through basic testing and configuration.
