Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

MBA with HR background

Maximum of 4 years of experience in HCM/Finance platform SAP, Oracle or PeopleSoft

Solid understanding of HCM concepts, data model

Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients

Preferred location Pune or Hyderabad No remote option
